Cost:  This is an estimated cost due prior to race departure and is based on 11 athletes participating.  This will change depending on actual athlete attendance and real costs, which will be reconciled once all receipts are turned in and expenses are accounted for.  If more athletes decide to attend, costs will be slightly reduced.  Adjustments will then be made accordingly.  Please note that Coaches’ expense includes per diem (food) and their portion of lodging.  Coaches’ transportation covers the cost of getting coaches to the race and back, meaning this cost is not optional.  All athletes pay for this regardless of how they get to the race series.  To keep this cost down, the BSF bus from Bozeman is planned for transportation.  Please contact Roger (406-581-6480) to figure out transportation.  I apologize for the price of this package, but we are limited by the organizer on breaking this out and minimizing the costs.  Specifically, I had to go with the “package”, as they would not allow us to pay lifts, entries, banquet and souvenirs separately and since we “had” to go with the food package, it made sense to be where the team captains meetings, other teams, and wax facilities are.  Note also that athletes must pay the whole package, even if not competing in the DH.  (Western Region Rule; sorry!) Administrative expenses are necessary to cover office expenses (paper, postage, Internet, fax, telephone, etc.) throughout the season and wax costs cover divisional wax orders and inventories.  The package includes breakfast, lunches, lifts, entries, banquet, and souvenirs. 

Lodging will be at the Mt. Bachelor Village Resort & Conference Center.

All athletes are required to have all required paperwork into the divisional office by March 20 and before they go!  The registration form is here.  This includes the code of conduct, medical release, and ND financial agreement.  In addition, the athletes must sign a medical release, which must be sent in to Sherri along with the other forms.
