Release Form:

Bridger Bowl’s Release of Liability form must be filled out for each athlete and signed by a Parent/legal guardian.  Athletes will not be able to race without this form.  They will be collected at the Registration table.

COACHES AND ATHLETES, PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ATHLETE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED REGISTERED FOR THIS RACE NOR WILL THEY BE ALLOWED TO RACE UNTIL THEY SIGN THE BRIDGER BOWL RELEASE.  COACHES SHOULD PLAN TO COLLECT THESE FROM ATHLETES AND BRING TO REGISTRATION.

Late entries, add an extra $10 late fee
Athletes must be pulled from rosters no later than 24 hours prior to the race event.

Required Information:

Please include on a USSA ENTRY FORM the following for each athlete:

  • name
  • gender
  • date of birth
  • USSA license #
  • Include the name of each Coach & their USSA license #
  • Include Club affiliation (if applicable)

Registration:

7:45 – 8:45 am in Bridger Bowl’s Jim Bridger Lodge (base lodge)
Registration will close promptly at 8:45 am.   This stands firm, so please don’t be late.

Bib Deposit:

$50 per team, payable by check (preferred) or cash
$10 per individual, payable by check (preferred) or cash

Lift Tickets:

12 years old and younger:  $16.00 per day.
13 years and older:  $37.00 per day
Athletes will get tickets from their coaches.  Coaches are to purchase team lift tickets at the ticket window daily.  For teams with 5 or fewer racers, coaches will be comped 1 ticket daily.  For teams with 6 or more athletes, coaches will be comped 2 lift tickets daily.  
Note:  No uphill travel is allowed at Bridger Bowl, a $5.00 foot-pass for the Virginia City Lift is available for purchase.

Schedule:8:30 am chair for athletes.  Race start time, 10:00 am.  A more detailed schedule is here.
Coaches' Meeting:

8:00 am each day in Jim Bridger Lodge

Disqualifications:

Disqualifications will be posted on the scoreboard at the timing building.  Protest must be presented within 15 minutes of posting. Cost of each protest is $50.00

Awards:

Awards will be held each day, 1 hour after the end of the race at the Jim Bridger Lodge.

Volunteers interested in helping contact Jason Dokken jasond@dokken.com  or jason.dokken@eds.com, phone:  579-5023.  Volunteers will receive a complimentary lift pass for that workday, plus a ski voucher to be used for a day of skiing.  Race course workers must sign a release.
