  • All athletes must have current USSA membership, no more signing up the day of the race, must have a letter from USSA if not on the current points list.
  • Include all USSA info on entries; Name, Gender, DOB, USSA#, points, and team seed order.
Registraion:

8:00am to 9:00 am in the Bier Stube each morning.
Coaches Meeting:

8:45 am Team Captains' meeting in the Bier Stube everyday (if necessary).
Bib Deposit: $50 per team
Entry Fee:

Race Entry fee:  $75.00 per team, per sex, per day
(Teams are up to ten athletes per sex associated with an institution program)

Individual Athletes: SR- J3:  $28.00 per athlete, per day

Lift Tickets: Athletes: $28.00 per day.  List coaches on entry form.  You don’t have to have a current USSA Professional Coach Status in order to receive complimentary lift tickets.

Start Times:

First run 10:00 women, then men
Second run 1:00 women, then men
Start Order: College format-team seeding.  Individuals will be seeded within teams according to their USSA points, lowest points-first seed, second lowest-second seed, third lowest-third seed etc.  Seeds will be added according to the number of individual athletes attending.  Approximately 6 athletes per seed.  All seeds will be randomly drawn.  (Seeding was discussed at the Northern Division fall meeting.)  Any questions on seeding, contact Jerry Wolf.
