Include the following for each athlete:

• Name

• Gender

• Date of Birth

• USSA License #

List men and women separately.  Include the name of each coach and his/her USSA license number.  The athletes must sign a release form as well.  Please note, there will be NO on-site USSA member ship registrations AT the race!

Disqualifications:

Disqualifications will be posted on the scoreboard near the finish arena. Protests must be presented within 15 minutes of posting.  Protest Fee: $30.00, cash only.

Meet Mike Downey in events office (downstairs of old rental shop) at 8:00am for assignments.

Awards:

The awards for Saturday and Sunday will be held Sunday, January 11 at the Awards Banquet.  Awards for Monday approximately 1 hour after the Final race has concluded to be held at Aloha Deck near the fire pit below Ed and Mully’s.

Awards Banquet:

Sunday, January 11: Mt Jackson Room of the Base Lodge, 6:00 PM,

$15.00 per person. Tickets available at registration or the information center.  Families welcome.

Parking:

Any Upper Village lots.  Birch and Cedar are pay ($10.00) Dogwood is free.

Buffet style meals will be available to racers and volunteers at Ed and Mully’s Smokehouse.
