• Include:  Name, Gender, YOB, USSA License #, Club Affiliation if applicable. (Basically fill out the team entry form provided by USSA).
• Name of each coach and their USSA #.
• Late entries add $10

This year athletes need to sign a release form.

Registration:

8:00 am – 8:45 am in the lodge.  Friday February 3.

8:45 am Team Captain’s meeting in the lodge everyday.

Lift Load:

8:30 am - T-bar load for course workers, course setter
9:00 am - T-bar load for athletes

Lodge details:

Pick up after yourself!  Bags are to be kept in the tents provided.  Only people 21 and older are allowed in the bar.

Bib Deposit:

$50 per team

Entry Fee: 

$30 per event/per individual

Lift Tickets:

$34 per day.

Start Times:

First Run – 10:00 women, then men
Second Run – 1:00 women, then men

Awards:

Will be held Saturday (for Fri, Sat. races) and Sunday at 4:15 outside the Gelaendesprung Lodge.

For the weekend of February 3, 4 & 5th, The Hilton Garden Inn Missoula offers a $59 room rate including breakfast in the Great American Grille for up to 4 people per room.  Please call (406)532-5300 and reference “MISSOULA SKI EDUCATION FOUNDATION” to make your reservations and receive this promotional rate.  This promotional offer is limited to a block of 25 rooms.  Be sure to specify the number of guests per room.  A wax room will be available.
