Sunday, January 22 – Women's/Men's SL

Deadline is Monday Jan. 16 at 5:00 pm
Use USSA entry form, separate forms for Men and Women.  Include the following for each athlete:

  • Name as registered with USSA
  • Gender
  • Year of birth
  • USSA License number

List in team seed order for college racers.  
Include the name of each coach and USSA numberl.
Assumption of risk must be signed for registration.
Registration: 7:45 AM to 8:15 AM in the Bierstube each morning
Fees:

Bib Deposit is $50 per team, $25 per individual, payable to Silver run
For college racers, race entry is $75 per team, per sex, per day, plus $2 Western Region Head Tax
For all others, race entry is $30 per athlete, per day
Make checks payable to Silver Run

Lift Tickets:

$39 for ages 19 and older per day
$34 for ages 13 to 18
$26 for college students with ID
Make checks payable to Red Lodge Mountain

Coach Lift Tickets:

Complimentary based on number of athletes: 5 or fewer = 1 coach ticket; 6-10 = 2 tickets; 11 or more = 3 tickets
Coaches'/Captains' Meeting:

Meet at 8:00 AM in the Bierstube each morning

Start Times:

10:00 AM each day

Start Order:

College format team seeding.  Individuals will be seeded within teams according to their USSA points, lowest points – first seed, second lowest – second seed, etc.  Seeds will be added according to the number of individual athletes attending.  Approximately 8 athletes per seed (depends on number of individuals attending).  All seeds will be randomly drawn.  For questions regarding seeding, contact Jerry Wolf, 406-698-5126.

Disqualifications:

Will be posted on the scoreboard near the finish arena. Protests must be presented within 15 minutes of posting. Protest fee is $50.
Awards:

Following the race upstairs in the base lodge.
Spectators:

May walk to the bottom of the course only. Boot passes for the lifts will not be sold.
Bags/Storage:

We ask that gear and bags that can not be left in a vehicle be stored upstairs in the lodge on Friday.  Red Lodge Mountain’s baggage check will be open Saturday and Sunday for a charge of $3.
