Athlete pulls must be made 24 hours prior to receive a refund
Use USSA team entry form, separate forms for Men and Women.  Include the following for each athlete:

  • Name as registered with USSA
  • Gender
  • Year of birth
  • USSA License number
  • Include coaches' names and USSA numbers
  • Assumption of Risk must be included for registration
Registration: 7:45 AM to 8:15 AM in the Bierstube each morning
Fees:

$30 per athlete per event
Bib Deposit is $50 per team, $25 per individual, payable to Silver Run (separate check)
There will be no comped entry fees.

 
Lift Tickets:

$39 for ages 19 and older per day
$34 for ages 13 to 18
Coaches' tickets will be complimentary, 1 coach per 5 athletes.
Payable to Red Lodge Mountain - NO CHECKS PLEASE.

Registration: 7:30 to 8:00 am in the Bierstube
Coaches'/Captains' Meeting:

Meet at 8:00 AM in the Bierstube each morning

Start Times:

10:00 AM each day; 1:00 pm second run

Disqualifications:

Will be posted on the scoreboard near the finish arena.  Protests must be presented within 15 minutes of posting.  Protest fee is $50.
Awards:

Will be held each day 30 minutes after completion of the race on the front deck of the lodge.
Spectators:

May walk to the bottom of the course only.  Boot passes for the lifts will not be sold.
Bags/Storage:

We ask that bags that can not be left in a vehicle be stored upstairs in the lodge on Friday.  Red Lodge Mountain’s baggage check will be open Saturday and Sunday for a charge of $3.
