Entry Deadline:	Friday, January 6, 2012 @ 5:00 p.m. - Late entries add $10.00
Required Information:	USSA Team Entry Form: Include the following for each athlete: Name Gender Date of Birth USSA License # List men and women separately. Include the name of each coach and his/her USSA license number. Teams with 5 or fewer athletes attending will receive one coach’s ticket. Teams with 6 or more will receive up to two coaches’ tickets. To receive a coach’s ticket, coaches must be current licensed USSA coaches and be a regular member of the team's coaching staff. Coaches' names and USSA numbers must be included with each team’s official entry form prior to the entry deadline. Exceptions to this will be considered only when/if submitted accompanying the team’s official entry form. A liability release must be signed by each athlete.

Registration:	7:00 - 8:30 a.m. – Fireside Room in Ed and Mully’s (the old “Moguls” building)
Bib Deposit:	$50.00 per team Payable by check only	$25.00 per individual Payable by check only
Lift Tickets:	$39.00 per day discounted rate, purchased directly by coach at Registration
Team Captain’s Meetings:	7:45 a.m. each race day, Fireside Room
Lift Opens (Chair 2):	8:00 a.m. for Jury and Workers; 8:30 a.m. for Athletes
Start Time:	10:00 a.m. each day
Disqualifications:	Disqualifications will be posted on the scoreboard near the finish arena. Protests must be presented within 15 minutes of posting. Protest Fee: $50, cash only.
Volunteers: Help with the race and get a free lift ticket!	Please send all volunteer inquiries to events@skiwhitefish.com Meet the Volunteer Coordinator upstairs from the Events Office at 8:00am for assignments. (The flat roofed, 2 story green building near Ed and Mully’s)
Awards:	Awards for each race to be held approximately 45 minutes following the completion of the day’s final jury meeting in the Ed and Mully’s lounge.
Parking:	Any Upper Village lots. Birch and Cedar are pay ($10.00). Dogwood is free. Vehicles parked in Drop-Off Zones will be towed at owner’s expense.
