Welcome to all Northern Division Teams, Coaches, and Parents.  In cooperation with Bridger Bowl, Bridger Orthopedics, and a number of great sponsors, we are very excited to host this event for all Northern Division participants.  Get ready for 3 great days of racing, fun, and smiles…

Release Form:

Bridger Bowl’s Release of Liability form must be filled out for each athlete and signed by a parent/guardian.  Athletes will not be permitted to race without this form.  Forms will be collected at the Registration table.

Entries:
  • $20/day

  • Use USSA entry form, list gender separately, include coaches
  • Entry Deadline is Monday, March 10th
Bib Deposit:

$50 per team, payable by separate check
$20 per individual, payable by separate check

Registration:

There will be a Primary registration for athletes on Thursday night (March 13th) at the Grantree Best Western (1325 N. 7th Ave, Bozeman).  Registration will take place in the Tamarack Room from 6:30-9:00pm.  The Grantree is centrally located to most hotels and is right off the 7th Ave. exit from I-90.  We encourage most participants to register on the 13th.  This will be a chance for coaches to check athlete rosters, athlete goody bag pick up, and payment for banquet.  A smaller registration will also be available the day of the races at 7:45 – 8:45am, in Bridger Bowl’s Jim Bridger Lodge (base lodge)

Course Access:

No uphill travel is allowed at Bridger Bowl.  More on course access is here.

Awards:

Awards for the Friday and Saturday races will be held at the BBQ Banquet on Saturday night.  Awards for Sunday’s race will be held 45min after the Kombi in front of the finish building.

Volunteers:

Volunteers interested in helping contact Jason Moore at Jason@bridgerskifoundation.org.  Volunteers will receive a complimentary lift pass for that workday, plus a ski voucher to be used for an additional day.  Please note that volunteers must present a signed Volunteer Waiver prior to the race.  

BBQ Banquet:

We have a large venue planned (Gallatin County Fairgrounds) and will be able to accommodate all interested parties.  We will need folks to RSVP by March 3rd so we can get numbers to the caterer.  RSVP HERE.  Payment for the banquet will be made at registration on March 13th.  Bozeman’s Bar 3 Bar-B-Cue will be catering the evening with delicious southern style BBQ.  

Cost is $20 per person.  6:00-?

Theme is 80’s.  Great music provided.  You just come with your Brightest Neon and Biggest Hair!!!!!!!
