Late entries add $5.00 extra per start and run at the back of order.  MSEF will keep 25% of entry fee for “no shows”.

Required Information:

Include the following for each athlete:

• Name
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• USSA License #

List men and women separately.  Include the name of each coach and his/her USSA license number-- must have each coach’s name so they can receive a complimentary pass (1 per 10 athletes).

Disqualifications:

Disqualifications will be posted on the scoreboard near the finish arena after each race.  Racers will be given a second run, at the back of the order, if disqualified during the first run.

Assistance:

Volunteers interested in helping as gate judges, course maintenance, etc. should contact Wayne Cook before January 3 or visit the registration table each race day morning.  Volunteers will receive a lift pass for that workday.

Awards:

The awards ceremony will be held each day at the Snowbowl Lodge, approximately 1 hour after the race has concluded.  Awards will be given for places 1 through 10 in each age group.
