Entry Deadline: Tuesday, March 16, 2004 . Late entries add $5.00 extra per start, and run at the back of the order. DART will keep 25% of entry for “no shows.”

Required Information: Name, Gender, Date of Birth, USSA License #

List men and women separately. Include name of each coach and his/her USSA license number. Must have coaches' name so they can receive complimentary pass (1 per 10 athletes.)

Events: Saturday, 2 GS Sunday, 2 SL

Class: Men & Women – Youth Ski League Classes

Registration: 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. Discovery Lodge

Bib Deposit: $50.00 per team, $25.00 per individual. Payable by check only .

Lift Tickets: $10.00 per day discounted rate, purchased directly by the coach.

Coaches Meeting: 8:00 a.m. each day

Lifts Open: 8:30 a.m. each day

Start Time: 10:00 a.m. each day

Disqualifications: Disqualifications will be posted on the scoreboard near the finish area after each race. Racers will be given a second run, at the back of the order, if disqualified during the first run.

Assistance: Volunteers interested in helping as gate judges, course maintenance, etc. should contact Rick Duncan before March 16, or visit the registration table each race day morning. Volunteers will receive a lift pass for that workday.

Awards: An awards ceremony will be held each day after the race in the Discovery Ski Area Lodge. Awards will be given for places 1 through 10 in each age groups J6, J-5, & J4; 1 through 5 for J3.

(Note: We are trying to confirm a spaghetti dinner and awards night at the Georgetown Lake Lodge. A change of ownership has put this annual event in question. More information will be forthcoming.)
