Entry Deadline:

Tuesday, January 27, 2004 at 6:00 p.m. - Late entries add $10.00 extra per start and run at the back of order.  MSEF will keep 25% of entry fee for “no shows”.  Payment for entries and lift tickets will be collected at the first Team Captains’ Meeting.

Required Information:

Include the following for each athlete:

• Name
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• USSA License #

List men and women separately.  Include the name of each coach and his/her USSA license number-- must have each coach’s name so they can receive a complimentary pass (1 per 10 athletes).

8:30 a.m. each day

Training:

Training will be available on Sunrise Bowl from 8:30 - 9:45 each day.  All training must be supervised by coaches.

Start Time:

10:00 a.m., each day

Disqualifications:

Disqualifications will be posted on the scoreboard near the finish arena. Protests must be presented within 15 minutes of posting.  Cost of each protest is $30.00, cash only.

Assistance:

Volunteers are needed for gate judging, hand timing, course maintenance, etc. and should contact Wayne Cook before January 31 or visit the registration table each race day morning. Volunteers will receive a lift pass for that workday.

Awards:

The awards ceremony will be held Sunday, February 1 at the Snowbowl Lodge, approximately 45 minutes after the race has concluded (if no protests). 1^st  -  3^rd places for A - J-3 will be awarded plus the Hellgate Cup for the combined two day over-all male and female winner.

Meeting:

The USSA Northern Division Winter Meeting will be held beginning at 7:00 pm, Saturday, January 31 at the Goldsmith’s Premium Ice Cream Company and Pasta House, 809 East Front Street, 549-8826.  All are welcomed to attend!
