Cost:  Broken down with and without lodging.  Please note that if I knew 4 weeks ago that you did not need lodging I would have omitted you from the lodging package.  The athletes and coaches will be staying in a condo at the mountain with a garage.  The Coaches' expense includes per diem, their portion of the lodging expense, and transportation covers the cost to get them to Big Sky.  This is not an actual invoice but the amount due prior to the race.  Please note this is an estimated invoice and the race will be reconciled after all expenses are received.  A new statement showing the amount due or a credit will be mailed to you at the beginning of the following month.

Payment information:  Documentation and fees are due in the divisional office 12/30/2006. The registration form can be found here.

Please note that USSA, Western regional, and Northern division policy requires pre-payment of trip fees.  Honest.  No Exceptions.

**MSU athletes are responsible for their own entries and lifts. They are not included in the overall cost of the project but they will be assessed the administration fee of 20.00 per athlete.  All athletes are required to have all required paperwork into the divisional office by December 30, 2006.  This includes the code of conduct, medical release, and ND financial agreement.
