Cost:  The cost for this trip is increased from the original budget due to the holiday time period and arrival/departure dates.  The cost of the lodging includes a night’s stay on the way down to Mammoth and on the way back from Mammoth.  The Coaches expense includes per diem expense and transportation covers the cost to get them to Mammoth Mountain and back.  Transportation will be departing from Bozeman as this is a central location.  This is not an actual invoice but the amount due prior to the race.  Please note this is an estimated invoice and the race will be reconciled after all expenses are received.  A new statement showing the amount due or a credit will be mailed to you at the beginning of the following month.

Payment information:  Documentation and fees are due in the divisional office 12/30/2006. The registration form can be found here.

Please note that USSA, Western regional, and Northern division policy requires pre-payment of trip fees.  Honest.  No Exceptions.
