Cost:  The cost for this trip has not been finalized.  I am still waiting on the approval by the Regional Director on 5 athletes, and these athletes are listed as pending as of 1/3/07.  If these athletes get into the race, extra lodging will be arranged and re-billed as appropriate.  Transportation will be departing from Bozeman as most athletes attending are in a close proximity to Bozeman.  The athletes currently in the race will be staying with Fritz Wood at his mother’s house in Salt Lake City.  If you do not require lodging I need to know ASAP.  If I do not hear I will assume you want lodging and it will be booked and you will be responsible for payment of said lodging.

This is not an actual invoice but the amount due prior to the race.  Please note this is an estimated invoice and the race will be reconciled after all expenses are received.  A new statement showing the amount due or a credit will be mailed to you at the beginning of the following month. 

Payment information:  Documentation and fees are due in the divisional office 1/10/2007. The registration form can be found here.

Please note that USSA, Western regional, and Northern division policy requires pre-payment of trip fees.  Honest.  No Exceptions.

**No travel arrangements have been made for the RMC/MSU racers, they are responsible for their own lodging, transportation, and coaching costs. 

All RMC/MSU NCAA athletes will be responsible for the administration fee of $20.00.  RMC/MSU NCAA athletes will not be represented by Northern Division at the races and it is understood that they will either represent themselves or have their own coach present.

All athletes are required to have all required paperwork into the divisional office by January 10, 2007.  This includes the code of conduct, medical release, and ND financial agreement.
