Lodging: Mammoth Mountain
Inn Transportation: Tentatively, Whitefish Mountain Race Team's Suburban, with departure to Bozeman the afternoon of the 16th, picking up Buckley in Missoula on the way and staying at Ueland’s (or other), then departure with everyone early the 17th. Cost: This is an estimated cost due to the division office prior to race departure and is based on 4 athlete/1 pace skier participation. This will change depending on actual athlete attendance and real costs, which will be reconciled once all receipts are turned in and expenses are accounted for. Adjustments will then be made accordingly. Lodging is high due to “holiday” rates and due by Dec 1st. Please note that " Coaches’ expense" includes a per diem (food) and their portion of lodging. Coaches’ transportation covers the cost of getting coaches to the race and back, meaning this cost is not optional. All athletes pay for this regardless of how they get to the race series. Administrative expenses are necessary to cover office expenses (paper, postage, internet, fax, telephone, etc.) throughout the season and wax costs cover divisional wax orders and inventories. Entries, Lifts and Lodging are self-explanatory. Pace skier lifts and entries comped.
Payment information: Documentation and all paperwork and fees are due in the divisional office by 11/28/07. This includes the code of conduct, medical release, and ND financial agreement. This race also requires a Mammoth release. The registration form can be found here. Please note that USSA, Western regional, and Northern Division policy requires pre-payment of trip fees. Honest.
